Rob's Farewell Party... aka The Patty-O-Rama Party

Last saturday night, was Rob's farewell surprise party that was planned by yours truly... I'd say this party was one of my favorite... the fact that we've been planning this for weeks without him knowing anything about this not till the last minute... lol With the help of his lovely fiance Kristyn, everything went smoothly and according to plan... Alot of people showed up and for the first time the Bachelor's Pad is packed!!! In the end, I gave Rob a gift something that he would never forget.. an actual replica of the WWE Championship belt!!! He loved it so much that he even told everyone he's gonna wear the darn belt in the airport with with Laker jersey on his way to UTAH... LOL LOL LOL ... I hope he doesn't get shot or assassinated or somethin' when he gets there...

For real, I'll miss Rob. He was like a big brother to me. Literally! Learned alot from him! I wish him nothing but the best in his next life...

It's time to reveal some ....

Another boring day here over at the _ _ _ _ _ _ ' residence. My Boss will be gone for the next 3 days as him and his family are up for a series of concert tours in Canada, as well in New Hampshire. And so that means zero work for me for the next couple days! In some way, I still find myself blessed to have such an awesome job like this that I'm pretty sure most people would die for to get this type of gig!

I've been very discreet with my friends when it comes to my work, specifically to the question "who do I work for?" haha oh yes ... everytime people ask me where I work, I just pretty much tell them my generic answer: " Oh I just work for this family of 4 up in Scarsdale..." period. Truth is, I made a vow for this family and did signed some sort of confidetiality agreement. Only a very few people know who I work for. Some I trust so much, others, well... they've kind of leaked the info. Heck not even my Bishop knows who are my employers... It's hard to beleive though. So it's better not to tell, coz I'm a guy who hates / despises big gossips... I just don't like it!

I guess I'd keep myself busy here in this wonderful house. Try to find something that I can do, and even just read some of my boss' wide selection of receipes at the family library. I love this family so much and I have nothing but love and respect for them. They treat me as if I'm a part of the family. Recently, my family moved from the gettoish city of Waterbury, CT to the Beautiful and Poshy Scarsdale, NY. I love this place so much, hoping that someday, I'd live here with my own family! As per my Boss would say: "To have striven, to have made the effort, to have been true to certain ideals - this alone is worth the struggle." He's worked his butt off through the years to reach to this point, from just a simple Farm Guy to an Iconic Country Legend. His passion in music is what made this Guy put himself on the map. I myself, admire that. I know I'll reach my goals and ambitions in life in time. As long as that "burning passion" is there.

LIES LIES LIES and effffffing LIES !!!!

I hate being lied ON !!!!

Why do people Freakin LIE? I don't get it sometimes. I really despise people who lie because not only it hurts your feelings, but It also degrades that trust you've built within that specific person! I'm not going into further details about this experience I've had. Instead, I decided to research (out of my bored mind, for the moment) as to why people LIE ... oh, and just for the record; I've already forgiven this certain individual. To tell the truth I was upset for about a little 15 seconds, but come to think of it, I was like... "you know what, oh the heck! just move on..." I'm just too smart enough to handle these types of scenarios I guess. I've been lied on a couple times before and and I know how it feels to be lied on, it gave my pain, sufferings, frutrations, and most of all, Heartaches; which I hope and pray, won't experience it again when the time comes...

As I researched as to why people lie, here's what I found out from another site:

"It's tied in with self-esteem," says University of Massachusetts psychologist Robert Feldman. "We find that as soon as people feel that their self-esteem is threatened, they immediately begin to lie at higher levels."

Not all lies are harmful. In fact, sometimes lying is the best approach for protecting privacy and ourselves and others from malice, some researchers say. Some deception, such as boasting and lies in the name of tact and politeness, can be classified as less than serious. But bald-faced lies (whether they involve leaving out the truth or putting in something false), are harmful, as they corrode trust and intimacy—the glue of society.

So that said, what is YOUR take about this? And please, tell me the TRUTH, and nothing but the TRUTH!!! Ugh!!!!

(okay ciao now.) =)

Sushi Night with Sydney

So last Thursday night, I treated my good friend Sydney on a Sushi night right here at the Bachelor's Pad! It was my farewell treat to her as she goes back home to Idaho. I'd say that night was way fun and yeah... both of us were so stuffed! We made to kinds of Sushi; One was a California Maki roll, and the other was a Tiger Roll!

Eventhough we just hang for a little while, I'd say it was a great night! Something that she'll remember and did learned that making sushi was way easy and legit!

Having a great week so far!

This week has been quite a roller coaster for me after spending the 4th of July weekend over at the hamptons! My week started with a not-so-cool experience last monday night on FHE... We were playing Volleyball and obviously my team was winning bigtime! At one play, I was trying to block the ball as I jumped, a little lad named Erik Schneiber from the opposing team (yes. Bishop's son) jumped as well trying to deliver a killer spike to our turf. Out of his excitement, he whacked my right hand instead, hyper extending my ring finger! It hurt so much that I had to apply an ice pack every 15 minutes as it was swelling so bad... Thankfully sister Pratt and Sister Schneiber was there to help me out. (I could see sister schneiber scolding her kid literally infront of me LOL LOL LOL) So Sis. Pratt gave this pain killer pelletes called arnica which helps to soothe the pain temporarily and avoid any bruises. The medication kicked in my system within the next 10 minutes and for some crazy reason started laughing at people for no specific reason... LOL I thought it was because of that... anyways... The next day I had to work handicapped, just utilizing 9 fingers cooking for my boss. Thank goodness I was still able to manage and pull out a decent meal which I made a Cod fillet wrapped in Crabmeat. It was perfect! My boss loved it so as the entire family! It just made me realized how great of a cook I was. LOL LOL LOL ...

The next night, me and Sydney chilled at the B-Pad where we made some Tiger Roll and Tuna Sushi since she's leaving this Friday! It was cool and had so much making sushi, eventhough I had to clean the mess she made while eating. lol Overall we did have fun!

Today I just found out that we're going to have another BBQ party over at my employer's place this weekend (joy) hopefully my finger will be healed at least 85% took cope with the work load!

Oh well, so there! I'll be uploading some pictures relevant to what I've shared today in a little while!

Have a good night people!

I'm baaackk...

After a 7-month hiatus, I'm finally back and ready to update my blog! My sincere apologies to everyone who' been waiting for me to post up somethin but I darn guarantee you guys that I'll keep this site updated as much as I can!

And what a way to kick off this blog update! I went to the Hamptons today for the ID-4 weekend! We went the East Hampton, where my employer owns a massive property with not just one, but 2 mansions! This is the first time that I've been to the Hamptons and lemme tell you that my newest favorite sport is indeed EXTREME SOCIAL CLIMBING... LOL ...

The Hampton residence were prolly the cutest people I've ever talked to. They were very friendly and warm, as I felt welcomed by these peeps with open arms.

And of course the day ended with a bang! We watched fireworks by the beach and it was spectacular! I'm so happy that I was able to experience this awesome trip today! And this is just the beggining for me!

Creamy Bacon Crescents

Okay I just made this last night in school for appetizers and lemme tell you something .... this thing will ROCK YOUR SOCKS !!!!

I’m warning you. Be very careful with this appetizer recipe. Sure, you’ll put them out of the appetizer table and maybe reach for one or two. That’s all well and good, but these creamy bacon cresents are so good that they might just turn into dinner. You’ll have one. You’ll have two. Maybe you’ll go back for a third, and before you know it you’ll have downed a dozen. I know because it happened to me. Don’t say I didn’t warn you!

Creamy Bacon Cresents

1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened

8 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, crisply cooked, crumbled

1/3 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

1/4 cup finely chopped onion2

Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley1

Tbsp. milk2 cans

(8 oz. each) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls

PREHEAT oven to 375°F. Mix cream cheese, bacon, Parmesan cheese, onions, parsley and milk until well blended; set aside.SEPARATE each can of dough into four rectangles; firmly press perforations together to seal. Spread each rectangle with 2 rounded tablespoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture. Cut each rectangle into 12 wedges. Roll up wedges, starting at short ends.Place, seam-sides down, on greased baking sheet.BAKE 12 to 15 min. or until golden brown. Serve warm.
